MUSIC OF THE HEART; PLAY ON!

Music is known as the universal language, I do not need to speak your dialect to understand your rhythm.

Since the early 18^th century music has been used as therapeutic tool for war veterans and people with mental health challenges.

Music is a big part of my daily life from instrumental music, jazz, sentimental, traditional African music, high life, Afro beat or beautiful a worship song. Music is life. An essential tool for wellness. Music for every mood! According to the urban dictionary: Mood music is a noun – music played that is perfect for your mood; a tool to help other peoples empathize with what you are feeling, usually in the form of a track, or a playlist.
