GLOBAL WOMENICE SUMMIT 2021

In our International Women’s Month, we celebrate the Global Womenice Summit 2021 organized by the Womenice foundation, whose motto is “Female Leadership is the New Normal in the COVID Era”, in which the main goal is to get you involved, get you inspired, get you engaged and get you empowered through debates and sharing of experiences and learning.

A global event that will gather over 35 speakers from over 10 countries, will take place on March 28th and will be broadcast online due to the limitations imposed by the pandemic. It will be streamed throughout Womenice’s social and digital networks; as well.

We will share programs, activities, initiatives, and strategies that come in handy to help women to learn and be empowered while facing the new challenges of a new era. That will be an opportunity to expand their networking, acquire more knowledge, and be more inspired by global personalities.

The event means to discuss and approach various topics, with highlights for:

Entrepreneurship in times of COVID-19; Leadership and Education, Social Subjects and Activism Surrounding Women and Girls; Motivation, Mindset and Media Culture practiced by women.

Several speakers from many countries such as the USA, Brazil, Portugal, Mozambique, Capevert, Angola, Finland, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Congo among others places where women work to inspire and empower and change the society.

Among the speakers and guest of honor from several countries; Her Excellency The Minister of Gender, Children and Social Action Nyeleti Mondlane, Her Excellency Vice- Minister of Health Lidia Cardoso, Mrs. Marie Laititia UN Resident Representative for Women, Mrs. Narjess Saidane Resident Representative of PNUD Mozambique, Olympic champion Lurdes Mutola, Brazilian professor Anielle Franco (Marielle Franco’s sister), Portuguese professor and president of Tvi Audit, Sofia Salgado, Brazilian writer Djamila Ribeiro, Angolan model Sharam Diniz, Caboverdeans Graça Sanches, Kathy Moeda, Margarida Fontes, Nina Silva, Micaela Reis, Onleilove Alston, Danielle Stecki, Rosemary Jackson – Moore, Ogenna Walter Ekwubiri, Britni Abiolu, Ghislaine Monjap, Faith Nyamukapa, Deyanira Silva, Shivonne Mckay, Natalie Rhevscka, Ariana Oluwole, Mireille Toulekima, Tânia Tomé among so many other personalities and world leaders.

The President of the Womenice Foundation and curator of this event Tânia Tomé, refers that this event is one of the initiatives carried by the platform, which intends to empower women, youth, and children with several other initiatives throughout the year. With the motto “Leading Women Who Bring Changes”, the day will be marked with tributes to two leading women and the official release of the first edition of Global Womenice Magazine. We will also announce the winner of the Miss Face Womenice competition and the new Womenice Ambassadors, coming out from Womenice’s ongoing contest on Instagram.
